PURPOSE: A double converting propeller power driving device is provided to easily assembly, to reduce manufacturing cost and to maintain propelling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In a double converting propeller power driving device rotating a first and a second propeller in opposite directions, a shaft(12) is connected to an engine in one end and to a first propeller(6) in the other end. A driving gear unit(14) rotates in the same direction of the shaft and the first propeller. A driven gear unit(16) is connected to outer side of the driving gear unit, and is connected to the second propeller(8). A plurality of idle gears(19) is installed to be connected to the driving and driven gear unit to rotate the driven gear in opposite direction of the driving gear.
