PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a real-time image of a vehicle is provided to take a picture of an accident spot by receiving a signal from a telematics unit, and to store the picture in file type, then to transmit the downloaded file to an information center, thereby exactly transmitting accident situations to the information center. CONSTITUTION: An audio(11) is installed in a vehicle to receive radios. An LCD device(14) displays a predetermined image in order to interwork with the audio(11). A telematics unit(15) receives a signal of a collision sensor, remotely diagnoses position information of the vehicle, and receives contents. An SOS device(17) has an SOS switch to make a call, and exchanges a signal with the telematics unit(15). A digital camera(16) receives the signal from the telematics unit(15) to take a picture of an accident spot, stores the picture in file type, and transmits the downloaded file to an information center.
