PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process control device capable of excellently controlling a control object over a wider range and performing adjustment work such as adjustment of a control parameter in a field very easily. SOLUTION: The process control device is provided with a controller 1 outputting an operation quantity to the control object from a control target value and a control quantity of the control object, a disturbance compensator 2a outputting an operation quantity to the control object from the control quantity of the control object, and a subtractor 4 subtracting the operation quantity of the disturbance compensator 2a from the operation quantity of the controller 1 for generating a final operation quantity to the control object. The controller 1 is constituted of a model compensator 12, an internal compensator 2b, and a proportion apparatus 11 inputting an addition signal of a deviation between the control target value and the control quantity of the control object and an output of the model compensator 12. The model compensator 12 inputs a difference between an output of the proportion apparatus 11 and that of the internal compensator 2b. The internal compensator 12 inputs an output of the model compensator 12 to equalize a coefficient for computing of the internal compensator 2b with a coefficient for computing of the disturbance compensator 2a in the controller 1.
