PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely perform operations for erecting a half PC column. SOLUTION: A guide frame 10 is mounted on the half PC column 1 serving as a precast concrete member which is cylindrically formed as a placing form for a column, so as to assist in the operations for erecting the PC column 1, when the PC column 1 is erected by being brought down from above a column reinforcement 2 in a suspended state by a crane. A plurality of vertical materials 11, the lengths of which are greater in dimension than the height of the PC column 1, are coupled together by horizontal materials 12 so as to be assembled in a frame shape, and upper parts of the vertical materials 11 are supported on the upper part of the PC column by a supporting rod 16 serving as a supporting mechanism, so that lower end parts of the vertical materials 11 can be mounted on the PC column 1 in the state of being protruded below the lower end of the PC column 1.
