<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispatch system, dispatch method and program for troubleshooting a computer that shorten a failure analysis time and quickly and accurately send work instructions to a maintenance person. <P>SOLUTION: The dispatch system for troubleshooting a computer comprises a user system 10, a reception center 20, a part warehouse 30 and a maintenance person terminal 40, which are each connected to the Internet 100. The user system and the reception center are connected via a telephone line 200. The user system 10 is a computer system owned by a user who has contracted for maintenance with a computer maintenance company, and has a system administrator 101 and a computer 102.
