<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and method capable of surely classifying image information, an image processing program and a recording medium with the program recorded thereon. <P>SOLUTION: Image files as image information received from external equipment connected to a connecting part 1g and icon files as image information for classification for classifying the image files, are stored in a storage part 1e.
