PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a flat cable without generating torsion even if it is used for application having a large insulation length. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of this flat cable 6, adhesive layers 4 of two insulation tapes 1 each composed by forming an anchor coat layer 3 on a polyethylene terephthalate film 2 and by forming the adhesive layer 4 on the anchor coat layer 3 are faced to each other; conductors 5 are arranged between them; and thereafter the adhesive layers 4 are stuck together. In this case, the adhesive layers 4 are faced to each other with the orientation axes of the polyethylene terephthalate films 2 matched to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
