PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug type insert holder easy to operate at the time of detachment of a plug part. SOLUTION: The insert holder 10 is equipped with the plug part 11 mounted on an insert 6 on the opening side thereof and the protruded part 20 protruded from the setting surface 12 of the plug part 11. The plug part 11 can be molded into a hollow state opened on the side opposite to the protruded part 20 and the diameter of the protruded part 20 extending from the setting surface 12 can be made small. If the protruded part is inserted in the setting hole prepared in a form, the insert can be set and the diameter of the setting hole is also made small. An operation part 30 for detaching the plug part 11 is provided to the setting surface 12. Since the plug part 11 is detached by the operation part 30 appearing on the surface of concrete after demolding, the insert holder is easy to operate and detaching work can be certainly performed in a short time.
