PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel activating device for a heat engine in use for developing high output by activating a liquid fuel supplied to the heat engine for efficient combustion while suppressing the production of injurious substances in exhaust gas for improved fuel economy. SOLUTION: The liquid fuel activating device for the heat engine comprises a pair of magnet groups 5N, 5S arranged with a plurality of magnetic poles N, S facing each other in such a manner as to encircle a supply pipe 1 for the liquid fuel ranging to the heat engine. The trace of the identical magnetic poles N of the magnet group 5N as one of the pair and the trace S of the identical magnetic pole of the other magnet group 5S draw a pair of spirals 5NP, 5SP with a fuel supply direction O of the supply pipe 1 as an axial symmetry.
