PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for improving the convection of air by opening a part of the upper surface of a printed board loaded on a washing machine and a washing and drying machine, the structure for not damaging a waterproof performance even in such a state and the structure for facilitating assembly work. SOLUTION: In order to improve heat radiation, a cylindrical structure is provided on a board case so as to be positioned between the fin part of a heat sink and a hole for inserting the cylindrical structure is provided on the printed board. In the case of covering with a board cover, the hole is provided on at least a part of a board case side face and the side face and bottom surface of the board cover.
