<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polyelectrolyte (composite) film having proton conductivity sufficiently high to be used in a fuel cell, and superior heat and chemical resistance and mechanical strength, and manufactured with an eco-friendly solvent. <P>SOLUTION: This solid polyelectrolyte film is composed of a homogeneous composition including (a) a phosphoric acid group containing polymer prepared by polymerizing a phosphoric acid group containing unsaturated monomer having one or more phosphoric acid groups and one or more ethylene unsaturated bonds in a molecule, (b) a phosphoric acid group/sulfonic acid group containing copolymer prepared by copolymerizing the phosphoric acid group containing unsaturated monomer and sulfonic acid group containing unsaturated monomer having one or more sulfonic acid groups and one or more ethylene unsaturated bonds in a molecule, (c) at least one kind selected from a group composed of a sulfonic acid group containing polymer prepared by polymerizing the sulfonic acid group containing unsaturated monomer, and (d) a polyamide resin. The solid polyelectrolyte composite film including the homogeneous composition has remarkably high proton conductivity of low temperature dependency, and superior heat resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength, and can be prepared by using the eco-friendly solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
