PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is impossible to speedily deal with a broadcast accident since control of a variety of equipment by a matrix switcher is complicated, it is difficult to switch audio data for each page particularly in the case of a sliding file and further, a non-change state of a signal to be turned into stopped state without page feeding is not detected. SOLUTION: The matrix switcher capable of changing and connecting video/audio data is provided with a DTMF detection block so that a DTMF signal attached to an input file is detected to control respective kinds of equipment. In the sliding file, detailed control such as audio data switching is made possible for each page as well. Besides, an audio/video signal detection block is provided to detect the non-change state of the signal so that the broadcast accident is easily relieved at low cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
