PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling facility for efficient dressing for outgoing of a resident. SOLUTION: In the design of a dwelling house, a dressing traffic line-based space where furniture, apparatuses, clothes, personal belongings, accessories and the like necessary for the resident to dress for outgoing are integrally arranged in the order of the dressing traffic line for outgoing is arranged in the vicinity of the entrance of the dwelling house. Further, facilities necessary for rapid dressing such as a full-length mirror, a overcoat and clothes-related cabinet, a bag cabinet, an accessory cabinet, a communication/mail processing part, a dressing space, a washing stock cabinet, a makeup/contact vanity facility and the like are also set therein.
