PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a workable chemical anchor even if an anchor bolt embedment hole is downward or sideways opened. SOLUTION: When anchor bolt embedment hole 3 is downward or sideways opened, the construction method of the chemical anchor is so performed that the anchor bolt 9 is inserted in the anchor bolt embedment hole 3 inserting a chemical capsule 7 filled with fixed chemical 10 to break the chemical capsule 7, when the fixed chemical 10 is filled around the anchor bolt 9, an opening section of the anchor bolt embedment hole 3 is flexibly deformed in accordance with the shape of the opening section, and it is closed with a pin 8 having an opening wherein the anchor bolt 9 is penetrated to insert the anchor bolt 9 from the opening.
