PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance matching apparatus capable of sufficiently preventing communication of a data communication apparatus from being hindered due to a reflection wave or the like from a bridge tap and to provide a noise elimination filter mounted with the same. SOLUTION: A noise elimination filter 6a with a termination function is connected to a bridge tap 8 branched from a communication route consisting of two communication lines, and a telephone set 7 is connected to the post-stage thereof. The noise elimination filter 6a with a termination function comprises: a termination circuit (impedance matching apparatus with four terminals) 11; and a noise elimination circuit 12. The termination circuit 11 comprises: resistors 11a, 11b connected in series with the bridge tap 8; and a capacitor 11c connected in parallel with the noise elimination circuit 12.
