PURPOSE: A power-on reset circuit is provided to change the time to generate a power-on reset signal through a program/erase operation, increase integration, and to improve reliability of the circuit. CONSTITUTION: A power supply current supplying part(210) supplies a power supply current proportional to the variation of a power supply voltage to an internal common node. A power supply voltage sensing part(220) comprises a flash memory cell driven according to the power supply voltage and senses the power supply voltage and controls a potential of the internal common node by forming a current path between the internal common node and a ground to the flash memory cell. And a buffer part(230) is installed between the internal common node and an output port, and generates a power-on reset signal according to the potential of the internal common node.
