PURPOSE: A fire suppression apparatus of a wire harness is provided to suppress or prevent fire in the wire harness. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: an air tube(22) arranged side by side along a wire within a wire harness(10) and filled with air; an extinguisher(24) having an outlet communicating with the inside of the air tube(22) so as to enable the introduction of digestive juice into the air tube(22); a pressure valve(26) disposed on a connecting region between the outlet of the extinguisher(24) and the air tube(22) and opening the outlet of the extinguisher(24) when the air pressure in the air tube is rapidly lowered; a surge tank(28) constantly maintaining the air pressure in the air tube(22); and an air compressor(29) supplying air to the surge tank(28).
