PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a mixed beverage by mixing fresh yam(Dioscorea batatas), as the raw material of a beverage, with fruits, mushrooms or the like is provided. The manufactured mixed beverage has enhanced nutrients and minimizes the loss of useful components of the yam. CONSTITUTION: A mixed beverage is manufactured by blending fresh yam, as the raw material of a beverage with the mixed juice of orange, grape, peach, apple and pear, the mixed juice of Chinese quince fruit, plum and Zizyphi Fructus or a mixed extract of Cordyceps sinensis, Agaricus blazei and Ganoderma lucidum. The mixed beverage contains 0.1 to 0.01% by weight of fresh yam as the raw material of a beverage.
