PURPOSE: A computer stand having an armrest is provided to prevent penetration of dust or impurities by closing a cover when not used and to expose a computer or a keyboard outside by opening the cover during use. CONSTITUTION: The computer stand comprises a main body(10) having a receipt chamber(11), a hook piece(55) and a coupling projection(12) engaged together; a fixable connection rod(20) and a removable connection rod(20') integrated at both sides of the body(10); a set of fixing bracket(30) having an insert(31) and a flat mount(32); a position fixture(40); a cover(50) having first and second plates(51,53) foldable by first and second hinges(52,54); and a support threshold(60) projected in lower direction of the first hinge(52) to support the second plate(53).
