TOILET BOWL VENTILATING APPARATUS

A toilet bowl ventilating apparatus includes a body having a hollow planar mounting arm and a fan housing. The mounting arm is adapted to fit between a toilet seat and a toilet bowl. The mounting arm has mounting apertures adapted to receive mounting bolts which secure the toilet seat to the toilet bowl. An air intake is provided on the mounting arm such that air flows from the air intake through the mounting arm to the fan housing. A fan assembly is provided including a fan and a power source adapted to power the fan. The fan assembly is removable from the fan housing to permit cleaning of the body. The body is made from a material that permits cleaning in a dishwasher once the fan assembly is removed.
