SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating compositions, more particularly fluorescent stamp mastics for applying texts and images on solid carriers, preferably cellulose-paper carriers, for cases when texts and images are applied with special stamp mastic in the form of seals to protect paper information carriers against falsification. Mastic containing water-soluble fluorescent dye (0.1-20%) emitting light within a wave range 400-700 nm when exposed to emission within a wave range 200-500 nm, binding agent, low-molecular alcohols (5-70%), and water (balancing amount), said binding agent being polyethylene glycol with molecular weight 200 to 20000 (0.1-10%), additionally contains water-soluble organic luminophor (0.1-20%) emitting within a wave range 400-700 nm when exposed to emission within a wave range 200-400 nm.
