<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encourage a customer to perform a large payment. <P>SOLUTION: In a data processing system 10 for establishing and processing an online transaction account, a receiving module 12 receives request information showing that an online transaction account 18 is established, and a prescribed quantity of the transaction prize obtained by an individual 2 is exchanged to tokens from the individual 2. An inquiry module 14 generates inquiry information based on the request information, and transmits it to an issuer 4. A processing module 16 receives response information according to the inquiry information from the issuer 4 through the inquiry module 14, and determines the response information so as to identify whether the transaction prize obtained by the individual 2 is valid or not.
