摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measuring instrument with which the distal end of a probe is not deviated from a region to be measured during receiving fluorescence from a subject. SOLUTION: The distal end of an exciting light guide 501 for irradiation with an exciting light, that of a fluorescent light guide 502 for conducting fluorescence, and that of a suction pipe 503 for sucking air are arranged on the distal end surface of the probe 5. A rubber cylindrical hood 507 is mounted on the distal end of the probe 5, and its distal end is more projected compared with the distal end surface of the probe. When air in a space enclosed by a hood 507 is sucked through the suction pipe 503 in a state where the distal end of the hood 507 is tightly adhered onto the front surface of the subject, the hood 507 is crushed while maintaining the condition stuck to the front surface of the subject.
