<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of sesame and green wheat granules capable of obtaining a food material excellent in taste, storage stability and beautiful skin effect by combining green leaves of wheats and sesame. <P>SOLUTION: A dry powder of green leaves of wheats, sesame and food fibers are mixed in a proper ratio to produce a sesame and green wheat compound and this compound is molded into granular shape. In the mixing process, the dry powder of green leaves of wheats and sesame are set to a weight ratio of 5 : 1 to 1 : 2 and sesame is mixed so that sesame becomes at most 30 wt.% in sesame and green wheat granules. In this case, the mixing process includes a process for mixing a vehicle. Further, green leaves of wheats are young leaves of barley. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
