摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure wherein both reduction in the diameter and the enhancement of performance of a claw pole-type motor are simultaneously realized. SOLUTION: The stator structure of a claw pole-type stepping motor comprises a stator which constitutes a magnetic circuit of yokes 2 and 3 formed by machining a soft magnetic steel plate, and a rotor which is inserted into the stator and rotated there. Pole teeth 4 made of a soft magnetic material are constituted as parts separate from the yokes 2 and 3. Further, the pole teeth 4 are held on the inner circumferential surface of a bobbin 5 made of a polymeric material. Therefore, stators of small diameter wherein pole teeth 4 are difficult to constitute and stators of large diameter are constituted with ease. At the same time, the cross-sectional area of the pole teeth 4 is arbitrarily set. Thus, pole teeth 4 which do not cause magnetic saturation are obtained. High output is obtained. The disposition of the pole teeth 4 is determined in the bobbin 5. The disposition which determines step angle accuracy is enhanced in accuracy without disturbance.
