PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient locking torque, and to reduce a cost even when a cap 30 to prevent a fan 50 from being rotated with respect to a shaft 21 is formed of an inexpensive resin. SOLUTION: The contact bearing pressure between the cap 30 and the shaft 21 is sufficiently high and the press-fit strength is increased by forming the cap 30 of a resin harder than that of the fan 50. In addition, the contact bearing pressure between the cap 30 and the shaft 21 is sufficiently high and the press-fit strength is increased by setting the thickness t1 of a cap boss part 31 with the shaft 21 press-fitted thereto to be larger than the thickness t2 of a leg part 32. A large rotational force is transmitted from the shaft 21 to the fan 50, and a sufficient locking torque is ensured even when the cap 30 is formed of an inexpensive resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
