PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management and charging game apparatus to be used in a parlor and a charging device which realize the reduction of working time necessary for the management of the game machine and the strengthening of information management such as collection of information on the operation of the game machine to be used in the parlor and recovery of coins or the like and the expansion of service for customers simultaneously. SOLUTION: The management and charging apparatus of a game machine to be used in the parlor comprises a controller A1 constituted detachably on each game machine in order to control the storage of management information obtained by the game machine, the release of a lock of an outer door, and the execution of a game, an electrical lock A3 which is a device for locking the outer door, a host device B for managing collection of the management information on the game machine and setting the kinds of works for an operator and control information, and a memory card C for transmitting information between the controller A1 and the host device B and operation commands. The apparatus can be used simultaneously and in parallel by two parties in the different positions as a means of the rational management for a store manager and as a new means of the service to the customers.
