PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material having the compressive strength and bending tensile strength improved by adding a suitable auxiliary substance. SOLUTION: This is the mixture of the hydraulic building material and minute particles of a solid hydrogel forming polymer which contain≤2 mass% particles having the particle size exceeding 200μm. A crosslinked polymer having an acid radical is used particularly as the solid hydrogel forming polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
