PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body wear for an ostomate which has improved appearance, facilitates discharge of urine from its pouch and is free from danger that the skin of the body is inflamed or the like. SOLUTION: In underpants 1 for an ostomate in which a stoma wear equipped with a skin adhesive part 52 and a pouch 51 is held, an opening 12 having an inner diameter approximately equal with an outer diameter of the skin adhesive part 52 is provided in a prescribed portion of the underpants 1, and a bag part B is formed of an outer surface 1a and a cover body 2 by fixing the cover body 2 on the outer surface 1a of the underpants 1 so as to partially cover the opening 12. The cover body 2 is formed approximately equally with an outer form of the pouch 51 drooped from the skin adhesive part 52, and its upper edge 22, its side edge 23 and its lower edge 24 are removable from the outer surface 1a by a fastener.
