PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing composition for noodles-cooking apparatus, capable of safely and surely carrying out washing treatment within a short time only by immersing stain adhering to the noodles-cooking apparatus and to provide a method for washing the noodles-cooking apparatus. SOLUTION: The washing composition for noodles-cooking apparatus comprises an oxygen-based bleaching agent as an essential washing agent component and optionally further an alkali. The method for washing the noodles-cooking apparatus comprises charging and mixing the oxygen-based bleaching agent or the oxygen-based bleaching agent and the alkali into a washing solution and bringing the noodles-cooking apparatus into contact with the mixed solution for a definite time in a heated state to wash the apparatus.
