PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating or preventive medicinal composition for injury treatable or preventable with an antispasmodic. SOLUTION: The therapeutic activity is obtained by a compound represented by formula (1), wherein Y is CR1, R1is cyano or the like, R2and R9are H, R3and R4are a 1-4C alkyl, R5is hydroxy, R6is a 1-2C alkyl, R7is fluorophenyl, R8is H or a 1-6C alkyl and R8-N-CO-R7is positioned at trans site to R5.
