PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make as easy as possible to remove a lid from a container body with the lid fitted. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral rising piece 3 and an inner peripheral rising piece 4 are formed along the entire periphery of the upper rim of the container body 1. A hanging piece 12 which can be inserted into a groove 5 between the outer and inner riisng pieces of the container body is formed along the entire periphery of the rim of the lid 11. A dent 16 to be fitted over the upper end 4a of the inner rising piece is formed. A breakable flap 6 is connected with the outer peripheral rising piece, so that the lower end 12a of the hanging piece of the lid is exposed at the portion where the flap 6 is broken. In addition, a locking piece 13 is made to protrude outward at the lower end of the hanging piece of the lid. A wide locking piece 10 which can be locked with the piece 13 is partially formed on at least two portions on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral rising piece of the container body.
