PRESS-FIT TYPE EXCITER RING ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exciter ring assembly enabling oil to stream through an assembly. SOLUTION: The exciter ring assembly that senses the rotation parameter of a wheel in a tube has the exciter ring assembly installed on an axle shaft by an insert. The insert is crimped fit on the axle shaft. The insert is installed on an exciter ring so that the exciter ring can be rotated with the axle shaft. The insert is provided with an axial direction passage separated to radiation direction, thereby oil is allowed to stream through the assembly. The outer member of the assembly is pressed fit in an axle tube. The outer member is immovable for the axle tube. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
