It is that customer already has a lot on which he wishes to construct a building or structure. If that is not the case (415-N) the customer can review information on available building lots in the area. This information is including actual image of the lots, selling price, and other relevant information (420). The customer then selects a lot (425) and signs an offer for a contract to purchase the lot (430). |
