ELECTRONIC MONEY TERMINAL

PURPOSE: An electronic money terminal is provided to execute a paying process and a charging process, exchange an amount of money value collected by a price payment process into a real money value in a bank, and charge the collected money value. CONSTITUTION: A card interface unit(20) executes an interface with an electronic money card for a reading process and a recording process in a prepayment type electronic money card transaction system. A PSAM(42) verifies a validation of the electronic money card for executing a payment process operation to the electronic money card. A payment processing amount value storage(44) stores the sum of payment-processed amount of money of each electronic money card. An LSAM(32) verifies the electronic money card for executing a charging operation using the electronic money card. A charging amount value storage(34) executes a charging process an electronic money card which is requested for a charge using an internal storing amount of money. A control unit(10) controls a validation verification operation of the PSAM(42), controls a payment process for creasing the payment processing amount value storage(44), controls a validation verification operation of the LSAM(32), and controls a charging process for subtracting the charging amount value storage(34).
