PURPOSE: A forklift is provided to move pipes when installing the pipes under the block of a ship preventing safety accident and reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A forklift is composed of a body(20) having a plurality of wheels in lower side moved by the operation of a driver. A mast(30) is mounted at the front of the body to support work pieces. A carriage(40) is mounted with a guide rail plate to slide up and down in the mast. The forklift is composed of a side moving plate(100), a rotating plate(200), an inclination plate(300), a left clamp(400), a right clamp(400') and a turntable(500).
