APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING AND MEASURING DEFECT OF ULTRASONIC WAVE PROBE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting and measuring defect of an ultrasonic wave probe is provided to precisely detect the defect of the ultrasonic wave probe by integrally forming a test sample roller with the ultrasonic wave probe. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave probe(100) is installed on the center of a base(42) so as to probe a working roll and a test sample roller. A transfer vehicle(26) is moved along a slide bar by means of a driving motor. A hydraulic cylinder(10) and a fixing bar(34) are fixed to an upper portion of the transfer vehicle(26). One end of an arm(14) is coupled to a shaft of the fixing bar(34). The arm(14) is moved up and down by means of the hydraulic cylinder(10). A test sample roller(70) is coupled to the other end of the arm(14). When the arm(14) is moved down, the test sample roller(70) makes contact with the ultrasonic wave probe(100).
