PURPOSE: A method for preparing offset printed fabric is provided to effectively remove Moire phenomenon and spreading status during printing process as reasons to deteriorate originality reproduction efficiency and to give high quality colors and feels substantially same to an original picture. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of preparing fabric and backing sheet(S10); applying an adhesive on one side of the fabric(S20); and attaching the backing sheet to the fabric after the coating process(S30). Before the second step(S20) for applying the adhesive on the fabric, alternative coating step(S15) is applicable for preventing penetration of printing ink into the fabric by coating any one of the fabric or the backing sheet and/or both of them.
