PURPOSE: A bolt tightening device is provided to easily tighten or loosen a broken bolt even in limited area. CONSTITUTION: A bolt tightening device is composed of a handle(10), a hydraulic jacket(20) vertically installed at one end of the handle, a hydraulic regulator(30) connected to the hydraulic jacket and regulating the pressure of the hydraulic jacket, a rack(40) coupled to the end of a piston(21) in the hydraulic jacket, a pinion(50) engaged with the rack, a pinion support unit(60), and a bolt rotating member(70). The pinion support unit rotatably supports the pinion so that the pinion is rotated by the movement of the rack. The bolt rotating member is coupled to the rotary shaft of the pinion, and rotates a bolt.
