PURPOSE: A tunnel waterproofing device using hydrophilic rubber and a waterproof curtain is provided to limit a water leakage of a waterproof sheet to the appointed area. CONSTITUTION: The tunnel waterproofing device using hydrophilic rubber and a waterproof curtain prevents an inflow of underground water to a tunnel by placing a waterproof sheet(2) around concrete lining and contains ring-shaped hydrophilic rubber(10) attached between the waterproof sheet(2) and the concrete lining(3) at regular intervals and a waterproof curtain(11) formed on the upper part of the hydrophilic rubber(10).
