PURPOSE: A decorative board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to endow the board with unique three-dimensional contour so as to be seen like a glass board containing a metal decoration. CONSTITUTION: The decorative board comprises a panel(20) which is configured so that a certain shaped recess(80) having a concave and convex surface(22) is formed at a rear surface thereof, and along an outer perimeter of the recess is provided a flat surface, and a metal film(10) attached to the recess and flat surface of the panel. The manufacturing method comprises: preparing the panel(20) having flat surface; placing the metal film(10) on the back side of the panel(20); press-attaching the film(10) to the panel(20); drying the panel; forming release sheet on the metal film(10).
