PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high performance and lightweight by bonding a photoelectric conversion layer consisting of a transparent conductive thin film and a thin film made of certain elements to a translucent thin film substrate with a transparent adhesive. SOLUTION: After a first thin film 2 is provided on a first substrate 1, a conductive thin film 3 is provided. Next, an ABC2 thin film 5 (where A is at least one element of Cu and Ag, B is at least one element of In, Ga and Al and C is at least one element of S, Se and Te) is provided. A window layer 6 capable of establishing electric junction with the ABC2 thin film 5 is provided. A transparent conductive film 7 is then provided. Pads 8 and 8' fat electrical connection with an external unit is provided on part of the transparent conductive film 7. Thereafter, the first substrate 1 and the second (translucent) substrate 11 are bonded to each other by a transparent adhesive 10. Finally, only the first substrate 1 is separated by removing the first tin film 2. |
