PURPOSE: A plasma display device is provided to improve sound insulation without lowering radiation of heat by forming a sound absorption layer having many pores in the rear cover. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a plasma display panel(2) for displaying an image, a chassis(4) mounted on the plasma display panel for supporting the plasma display panel, a circuit board(6) mounted on the chassis for driving the plasma display panel and a rear cover(10) having a sound absorption layer(14), including many pores, in such a manner that the rear cover contacts the circuit board. |
