<p>Colour embossing p.v.c. film in belt rim manufacture or other processes where embossed and indented parts require colouring. A cloth steeped in die is pressed down onto the warmed and plasticized film, and then removed once the embossed area is completed. This heat and pressure can be applied by means of plungers which carry the cloth in with them and force it onto the film surface as described.</p> |
