PURPOSE: Provided is a method for eliminating bad smell and toxic material of gingko fruits so that they are taken alone or used in other foods such as rice. CONSTITUTION: The method for processing comprises the steps of: eliminating outer shell of ripe gingko fruits; steaming the fruits in a vessel for 1-1.5 hours at 100-150deg.C; drying the steamed gingko at 50-70deg.C for 10 days; eliminating the middle shell of the gingko fruits; and selecting the fruits according to sizes. |
