PURPOSE: Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor, which represents excellent electrical properties without adversely affecting the physical and chemical properties of the cardo polymer. CONSTITUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a photosensitive layer consisting a binder resin layer formed of a polymer compound and a hole transport layer formed of a low molecular weight compound, on a conductive substrate, in which the polymer compound is a polyester resin having a biphenyl fluorene unit represented by the formula 1 in the backbone, and the low molecular weight compound is a stilbene compound represented by the formula 2: wherein each of the hydrogen atoms on aromatic rings in the formula 1 is optionally substituted by a substituting group; and each of R1-R5 in the formula 2 is independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted C6-C30 aryl, a substituted or non-substituted C1-C30 alkoxy, or a substituted or non-substituted C8-C30 styryl, in which each of the hydrogen atoms on aromatic rings is optionally substituted by a substituting group.
