FIELD: preparation of a fuel blend for internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method to prepare a mixture of a dispersed liquids, that may be used in industries where the high level uniformity dispersed liquid with gas ( gas mixtures or aerosuspensions) is required; in particular at preparation of a fuel blend for internal combustion engines. The method provides for preparation of a dispersed liquid, that is made dynamically by submission of the dosed quantity of a liquid on a working surface of the body moving along a guide in a mode of alternating acceleration and braking at the stage, when on the working surface there is a synthetic gravity and a working surface is capable to retain a liquid. The liquid is spreading over the working surface in the form of a layer. At changeover of a sing of acceleration for opposite one the surface of the liquid layer becomes unstable (the Relay - Taylor unstable stability) and on all surface of the layer of the liquid the zone of a turbulent mixing fast growing in time is formed. As a result of evolution of a zone of mixing there is a dispersion of the liquid and formation of a cloud of a mix of a dispersed liquid with a gas (air). Restricting the area of the working surface, on which the liquid is spreading out, it is possible to adjust the form and the sizes of the forming cloud of a mix. More capabilities of regulation can be obtained, creating the electrical spark discharge in the cloud of the mix. At that there is an additional pulse to facilitate the scatter of the formed cloud and foe further mixing with the gas (air). The described method may be realized in a reciprocating machine, in particular in a diesel engine of internal combustion. In the case as a working surface one may use a flat butt of a piston making alternating reciprocating motion in the mode of acceleration and braking. EFFECT: possibility to obtain much more uniform mixture of a liquid with a gas and control magnitude and form of a created cloud of an aerosuspension. 4 cl _
