SMALL-SIZED TEMPERATURE CONTROL CHAMBER USING ELECTRIC HEATER AND PELTIER ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A small-sized temperature control chamber using an electric heater and a peltier element is provided to control effectively the temperature of a target by using a temperature control unit. CONSTITUTION: A small-sized temperature control chamber using an electric heater and a peltier element includes a chamber body(1), a temperature sensor(4), a peltier element(3), a plurality of relays, a plurality of contact points, and a control portion. A plurality of bar heaters(2) are inserted into the inside of the chamber body(1). The temperature sensor(4) is installed in the inside of a chamber to sense the temperature. The peltier element(3) is opposite to an outer surface of the chamber. The relays and the contact points are used for controlling an operation of the peltier element(3). The intensity of the supply voltage supplied to the bar heaters(2) is variably controlled according to the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor(4).
