PURPOSE: A water pen for a computer is provided to prevent the occurrence of a cut in marks due to an error by allowing students taking various kinds of examinations not to need a lot of time upon marking answer paper during an examination time and enabling marking in right position. CONSTITUTION: The water pen comprises: an ink storage portion(120) with a core member(130) coupled to a lower part; a body(110) of a hollow pipe shape to which the ink storage portion(120) is movably inserted into an upper part thereof; an elastic body(140) for restoring the ink storage portion(120) inserted into the body(140) to the original status after the ink storage portion(120) is moved to the upper part; and a marking member(150) contacting with and coming off from a marking portion(210) of a computer paper(200) according to a compression and extension state of the elastic body(140).
