PURPOSE: A system for checking a graduation album is provided to reduce the time for editing the album and to remove the limit of time and space by enabling graduate students select and generate information. CONSTITUTION: A person is authenticated through the Internet to secure the reliability of data(S11). The person checks own pictures and information, and edits the checked pictures and information(S12). A manager confirms and manages pictures and information selected and inputted by the person(S13). The final design materials, the pictures and information selected and inputted by the person are confirmed before being printed(S14).
